LightsOn uses the New Zealand Post parcel delivery service to get your order
delivered to you quickly and
safely. New Zealand Post is internationally recognised as providing one of
the most efficient and inexpensive
postal services in the world.
Our postage and packaging costs are charged using continuous weight pricing.
This means you will only pay for the actual weight of the goods you order.
The cost of freighting goods to your address is
automatically calculated on the shopping cart page. You can view the cost of
postage and packaging for your order at anytime by going to the

Within New Zealand
Your order will be shipped to you using the New Zealand Post ParcelPost
service. Typical delivery times are;
Within the Auckland area: 3 - 4 days (Free shipping)
Within the North Island: 3 - 5 days (Free shipping)
South Island: 4 - 6 days (Free shipping)
International
Deliveries to overseas addresses will use the New Zealand Post International
Air delivery service. Typical delivery times are;
Australia: 5 - 9 days (Free shipping)
United Kingdom: 6 - 13 days
United States: 6 - 13 days
Canada: 6 - 13 days
Europe: 6 - 13 days
International Track and Trace
Our Track & Trace service tracks the status of each box sent
from our LightsOn warehouse in
Auckland, New Zealand, to your overseas delivery address. Once your order is
processed and ready for shipping you will be emailed your Trace and Track number(s).

How we track your parcel;
1. Package scanned by courier on collection from LightsOn warehouse
2. Package arrives at NZ Post depot in Auckland, NZ
3. Package scanned into the container
4. Package sent on its way
5. Package scanned on arrival at its destination city depot
6. Package scanned by courier at the time of delivery to your address
Import Duties
Please notice that our international shipping charges do
not include import duties or taxes that may be due upon entry into
the destination country. If the destination country imposes import duties
and/or taxes, the customer is responsible for their payment. Import duties
and taxes vary depending on the country. Please check with your local
