Payment options offering flexibility and security

We believe that purchasing online should be as flexible as it is convenient so we've put together the following payment options so you can relax in the knowledge that your details are safe with us. None of our customers have reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us.

We will not process your payment until your order is ready to ship - this normally takes 1-2 days.


Credit Card (secure server)
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. You can enter your full credit card details directly into our secure server for processing.

Credit Card (by telephone)
If you are uncomfortable using our secure encryption service you can submit your full Visa or Mastercard details over the telephone. To do this enter just the last five digits and the expiration date of your credit card into the 'Select a Payment Method' page of checkout.

Once you have fully submitted your order you will be contacted by a www.LightsOn.co.nz representative on the phone number you provided, for the rest of your card number. Alternatively, you can simply call LightsOn on 0064 9 410-4958 (outside New Zealand) or 09 410-4958 (within NZ) and confirm your card details with us once you have submitted your order.

Check/Cheque or Money Order
We also accept checks/cheques and money orders in your selected currency - why this takes longer. Make cheques payable to "www.LightsOn.co.nz" and be sure to include your name, address, and email address with your payment so we can start processing your order. Paying using this method does slow down your order somewhat, as we can't process your order until your cheque is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear.

We are able to process check and money order transactions in NZ$, AUD$, GPBŁ, CAD$, USD$ and EUR€ currencies.

Currency
We have added the 'Site Currency' feature to this website so you can view our product prices in your selected currency.

Although we can only process credit card payments in New Zealand dollars, we update our currency conversion rates constantly so you can be aware of the estimated purchase cost in your selected currency.

Remember if you would like to pay by check or money order, we can process your payment transaction in NZ$, AUD$, GPBŁ, CAD$, USD$ and EUR€ currencies.
