If you or your client is not 100% satisfied with the products that you have purchased, you may return the products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges. | 1 | If the courier driver hands you a carton/parcel which in your opinion appears damaged, express your concern, do NOT sign for the consignment, do NOT take delivery for the goods, and contact LightsOn immediately on 0064 9 410-4958 (outside New Zealand) or 09 410-4958 (within NZ). |
| 2 | If a carton/parcel has been left at a pre-arranged site, ie you have not signed for the goods, and the consignment appears damaged when you arrive to pick it up, contact LightsOn immediately on 0064 9 410-4958 (outside New Zealand) or 09 410-4958 (within NZ). |
| 3 | After signing for the consignment, then opening the
carton/parcel and noticing that goods are damaged or
broken, contact LightsOn immediately on 0064 9 410-4958 (outside New
Zealand) or 09 410-4958 (within NZ). |
Please supply us with your tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. LightsOn will make every reasonable effort to replace the item quickly. Credit You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15 days of our receiving your returned product. You will also be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. |
