credit card on the internet?
No problem. There are two ways you can order from us without having
to enter your complete credit card number on the Web:
- Calling in your card number: Fill out our order form online
and enter just the last five digits and the expiration date of your
credit card. Then, on the order form simply click the
option box "I would like to confirm my Credit Card number with you by
phone". Once you have fully submitted your order you will be
contacted by a LightsOn representative, at the phone number you
provided, for the rest of
your card information.
- Paying by cheque/check or postal money order: You can select "pay
by check or money order" on the order form, and send us a personal check or money
order for the amount of your order. Please make checks payable to
"LightsOn". We are currently able to accept checks in NZD, USD, CAD,
AUD, GBP and EUR currencies. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA
code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying by check does
slow down your order somewhat, as your items will not be shipped until
your check is received, and your funds
are cleared. If you are in New Zealand, paying by personal check typically
delays your order about seven to ten working days.
Guarantee Details
- Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you
liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does
hold you liable for any of this $50.00, lightson.co.nz will cover the
entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. lightson.co.nz will only
cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card
resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at
lightson.co.nz while using the secure server.
- In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must
notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting
rules and procedures.
